Custom Made Epoxy Furniture
Red Deer, Alberta
Wooden Craftsman
I have been in the construction trade for twenty years now, so I am comfortable and confident in working with my hands. I have always wanted to build furniture so saw the revival of hardwood furniture as the perfect opportunity to get started. Recently, I was working on an infill project which required our team to tear down an old house and replace it with a custom home. In the yard were two mature maple trees which I was able to salvage and use to start my business.
The response has been tremendous, and my dream of building furniture has become a reality. Since then, I have found a new source for hardwood (Elm) on a farm in Saskatchewan and will be harvesting that wood this summer. I try to support local whenever I can and have chosen an iron artist from Sylvan Lake, Alberta to craft legs for my tables. This new business is an exciting one for me, and I’m thrilled to be creating such a unique variety of products.
